We do not always know what to ask for.

• Not even the words to say, but often we don't even know the best outcome.
• We are not omniscient.
• Paul included himself.
• We don't always know how He is working, and He isn't always going to tell us.
• The most important thing is to still pray.
• Even when we don't like God's answer, we need to trust that it is best.
• God gives us the Spirit to pray. We need to rely on Him instead of ourselves.
• We just have to pray—it doesn't have to be perfect.
• We don't have to worry about expressing our desires correctly. The Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf.
  • We don't need to fear "not knowing how to pray".
• He intercedes according to God's will for the saints.
